The information we collect is required for the purpose of creating your customer account and for you to use the SyncUp website and platform (products and services). Such information allows you to be identified as a customer and or user of SyncUp products and services and includes: Name, date of birth, gender, e-mail address, postal address, company / employer, telephone number and unique social media profile IDs Credit or debit card information, information about your bank account number and sort code or other banking information. Note that we do not store your bank or credit card details on our web servers Your mobile device model, IP address, type of internet browser and settings being used, app usage information and logs Your preferences for particular products or services or interests when you tell us what they are – or when we assume what they are, depending on how you use our products and services Your contact with us, such as an email or other records of any contact you have with us

SyncUp Platform

The SyncUp platform collects the following information: Name, email address, device model, IP address, browser type and app usage behaviour. We use this information to provide you with an end user mobile account for the application. Your information is deleted two years of no user activity or upon request. SyncUp Website The website collects the following information: Name, social media ID, phone number, email address, company name, company address, company industry, number of employees who want to use the mobile application and email addresses of employees who will use the platform. We use this information to: Process your customer enquiry and or application through our chosen customer relationship management software Contact you with regards to setting up your customer account with us Provide relevant services to you. Your information is deleted upon the one year anniversary SyncUp Platform. The admin panel collects the following information: Company name, Company address, number of employees, employees’ email address, employee names, VAT registration information and company credit or debit card information, information about your company bank account number and sort code or other banking information. Note that we do not store your bank or credit card details on our web servers. We use this information to provide the platform services to you and allow you to administer your customer account. Your information is deleted upon termination of the customer account.

These collect information that tells us how you use our website and mobile application. The use of cookies does not give us access to the rest of your computer. We keep personal information for up to 365 days after your last contact with us. You will also have the ability to delete your personal data soon at any time after your subscription has ended or if you do not wish to subscribe to our services.
